Level 3 training is comprised of 16 course modules of online self-study materials to be completed on your own time. Integrative Somatic Breathwork Certificate is provided upon completion of the Course study, attendance in a 7-day training retreat, 40 hours documented practice and attendance in 7 clinical supervisions. Training fee does not include supervision fee of $600.00CAD total.
We will gather for a 7-day in-person experiential training retreat at Riversong, a retreat on Vancouver Island British Colombia, View HERE We look forward to welcoming 14 students for Level 3 training retreat in Somatic Breathwork.
PREREQUISITE: Completion of Levels 1 and 2, plus Yoga & Bodywork, and all corresponding documentation, mentorship, and experiential requirements.
Please note the cost of the training does not include accommodation. Location, accommodation and meals will be announced by November 2024.

4-Days Experiential Practice
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Starting January 2025, completion of Level 2 training will no longer be offered online. Due to the nature of the training we feel that learning is most profound with in person training. Training materials are offered online as a self-paced, self-study format. The 4-day experiential skills-based training format are below:

PLEASE NOTE: Days 2, 3, & 4 level 2 practice will be followed by yoga & bodywork training days, 6, 7, & 8. Day 5 will be a free day for rest and integration. You may choose to use your 5th day to engage in activities on site at the Bethlehem Spiritual Centre or venture off site for a tour of of the town of Nanaimo.
Arrival Date: April 28th.
