Integrative Somatic Breathwork Circle integrates breathing technique, bioenergetic movements, touch, and sound healing to facilitate conscious emotional release and body-stored trauma. This breathing technique is intentional, involving energetic breath that is slow and self-paced to allow spontaneous somatic releases. When we energetically charge the body with intentional breathing, we create an opening for deep suppressed emotional energy to surface and be released.
A 3-week breathwork series is offered an opportunity to deepen somatic releases by attuning to three focused areas of intentions aligned with 3 energy centers:
First Week Intention: When intuition is restricted due to a traumatic experience, releasing tension in the eyes can enhance perspectives and interconnectedness with ourselves and others. When this channel or energy center is open, the heart speaks through the eyes.
Second Week Intention: When we disconnect to avoid pain, opening the heart’s energy allows connectedness with feelings of joy, love, and peace. true contact means taking
on and owning a certain painfulness that goes with being open
Third Week Intention: When we repressed painful emotions, we release fear to create trust in the body and trust within ourselves.
Fourth Week Intention: 2025, TBA
Through the process of titration, pendulation, and resourcing you are guided to explore the full range of your emotional expressions in a safe and supported space created by the circle of breathers. You will explore experiences of breathing on your own, with a partner and as a collective.
As intentional breath deepens, moving to the rhythm of the heart, you may experience the intensity of emotional unfolding, encounter visions of clarity through a profound sense of interconnectedness. Our Breath & Sound Healing Circle opens with a sacred beginning, a transformative middle and soulful closure to honour your capacity to self-heal, promoting spiritual growth, health and wellness.

Sound Bath Meditation With Ana Ferrari
Breathers are invited to soak up the benefits of a sound bath meditation. Sound bath is an ancient practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation. We use a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and the human voice to create a landscape of sound that washes over the body. Each instrument offers unique healing vibrations.
The soothing & healing vibrations of the sound bath is offered alongside breathwork to help realign your body and return the nervous system back into balance. Sound healing meditation offers multiple benefits in:
