This directory lists individuals who have been trained in Ratha Chek’s somatic therapy method to healing body stored trauma. Certified professionals listed have undergone intensive training and mentorship. They adhere to her high standards of integrity in ethics and care.

Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice is a humanistic and relational model for healing trauma by freeing the body, breath, and energy flow called Chi or Qi. Chi is a life-force energy that flows through everything ~ your body, space, and the natural world. One does not use words when working with Chi, but feelings, movement, and space. In this space, you are gently guided to release all that you have held in silence through integrative practices in mindfulness, yoga, breath & bodywork, resourcing, movements, voicework, sound healing, ceremony, and ancestral medicine.  

Chi can stagnate, or become blocked due to trauma, including stress or anxiety. This stagnation slows the blood flow, manifesting as a variety of different health issues such as:
