Supporting balance and connection with body, breath, awareness, and inner wisdom.
Sound Healing Journey
With Ana Ferrari & Daniel Martínez
Registered Clinical Counsellor | ISTP Certified
This is a slow, intentional sound experience inspired by Integrative Somatic Therapy Practice, supporting gentle nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and emotional integration through sound.
Rather than aiming for catharsis or transcendence, the invitation is to gently return to the body, the breath, and the quiet wisdom within. The focus is on gentle regulation, presence, and listening to the body’s natural rhythms.
Sound is offered as vibration and resonance—supporting the body’s natural capacity to soften, release, and restore in its own rhythm. You’re invited to rest, notice sensation, or follow subtle movements, listening inward and honoring what feels true in the moment. The practice honors the body as a source of wisdom and emphasizes choice, pacing, and safety throughout the experience.
Using carefully selected instruments and spacious silence, sound is offered as a supportive environment, not something that acts upon you, but something you meet in your own way. The session is trauma-aware and non-directive, with an emphasis on safety, choice, and integration. Silence and simplicity are woven throughout, allowing the nervous system to settle and return to balance.
No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is required—only a willingness to arrive as you are.

An experience that supports deep relaxation, reduced stress/anxiety using resonant frequencies from instruments like singing bowls to shift the nervous system into a “rest and digest” state, promoting physical and emotional healing, mental clarity, and sometimes profound spiritual insights, though they’re a complement, not a replacement for medical treatment. We use a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, to create a landscape of sound that washes over the body. Each instrument offers unique healing vibrations.
