3. Level Two 100-Hour Integrative Restorative Yoga Certification.
Integrative Yoga (IRYT) is an integrated practice of Somatic - Restorative-, and Embodiment - yoga, that prepares you to work with nervous system regulation, and activation. Moving beyond trauma containment, this training includes 3 days of in-person study along with comprehensive online coursework.
Those with prior yoga training in similar studies may request exemption from some of the required course work hours. There is a fee of $150 CAD to request exemption. C-IRYT designation provided upon completion of both the yoga and anatomy courses (see below).
Graduates may register with CYA, Namasta, and NHPC. continuing ed credits provided for YACEP. |

4. Level Two 30-Hour Anatomy for Somatic Therapy Certification. This anatomy certification is designed specifically for the needs of Somatic therapists and is taught in laymen's terms to support understanding of what therapists need to know to support pain resolution, work with injuries, and to do no harm. Those with prior anatomy education may request exemption from this course. We charge a fee of $150 CAD to process your request. Program includes 3 group mentorship sessions are held online. Attendance is mandatory. Missed sessions must be made up in 1:1 supervision at cost of the student. |

5. Level 3 ISTP™: Integrative Somatic Breathwork (6-days in person retreat training) |

6. Level Three 15-Hour Integrative Somatic Bodywork Foundations. This is a one-day in person training to strengthen touch practices that support the facilitation of Somatic Breathwork. Eight practice hours are required post training. |

7. Level Three 85-Hour Integrative Thai Yoga Massage Training, this 3- day training with online components prepares Somatic Therapists to deepen the practice of compassionate touch in the support of ISTP and provides graduates with official 200-hour certification as an Integrative Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner (C-ITYM) with the opportunity to register with Namasta and the NHPC. To attain this designation, all coursework from numbers 1 – 7 on this list must be complete. There is a $150 fee upon completion of the program for 1:1 Supervision to attain certification. Those with prior training in Thai Yoga Massage who wish to be exempt from this course to attain their level 3 ISTP designation, may request a course exemption. We charge a $150 fee to process your request. |
